Looking at some of my closest friends struggle to land their dream jobs...despite being smart, capable, and driven...was frustrating. I saw them face rejection after rejection, often not because they lacked skills, but because they weren’t fully prepared for the interview process.

That’s when I realized the gap: most people don’t get to practice interviews in a realistic, pressure-free environment. They prepare alone, with guesswork, and often only get feedback once it’s too late.

I built TalentSim to change that and to give candidates a chance to train like they would for a marathon: with repetition, feedback, and confidence.
